Bob has over 10 years of experience in planning and implementing safety policies services to a wide variety of industries and 30 years of experience in Engineering & Project Management in the hydro electric, automotive, mining and oil refining industries.

Mr. Bernard has a degree in Engineering (P. Eng) and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists, BC and is accredited as a Journeyman - Construction Electrician (Interprovincial Trades Qualification).

Bob is a frequent speaker at professional conferences in North America.

In addition to Bob's exceptional communication and analytical skills he is also highly successful at motivating behavior change, which is considered critical to the success of our safety training programs, which are designed to implement change within organizations and improve safety in the organization.

With such a varied background Bob is available for a number of consulting activities including but not limited to behavior change and safety systems consulting as well as public presentations.
