Don primary focus is Electrical Safety and Training. Don is also a certified Radiation Safety Officer under the NRC: "NUREG-1556, Volume 4, Appendix G" code and "Radiological Procedures and Safety Practices." His experience in Radiation Safety and Troubleshooting is in the Nuclear / X-ray / Laser measuring and profile equipment field for manufacturing. Don also holds an A.A.S. in Electronic Engineering.

Don is an I.B.E.W. Journeyman Electrician and serves on the Joint Health and Safety Committee, Lockout Tagout Committee, Incident Investigation, Human Performance Trainer and is also on the Steering Committee for the SafeTrack Peer to Peer Mentoring program for a Fortune 500 company. His role of SafeTrack Peer to Peer Mentoring Program extends as far as implementing the Mentoring program using SafeTrack, developing Mentoring schedules, Mentoring Skill Training and works with Alcoa Management resolving conditions that arrive from the Mentors observations.

Don has developed several training programs and conducts seminars on a regular basis. He has taught Electrical Programs such as: Arc Flash / GFCI demonstrations / presentations and Radiation Safety Awareness, for the NSC and NSC Labor Division.
